How to Obtain Support

In order to better support your organization, CSK Technologies has implemented ConnectWise PSA. This system is a complete professional services automation system, allowing improved tracking of your IT support issues and aiding us in documenting your environment and the issues encountered.

What does this mean to you? Well, first off, this new system will change how and where you can request support. Our old ticketing system is still available to you on our website, but the name of the link has been changed to reflect these changes. The old ticketing system can be accessed once you have logged in to our site and can be found by using the left navigation menu and selecting “Support Ticket Archive”. However, the old ticketing system should ONLY be used for reference purposes; we will not be working tickets from here any longer.

How to obtain support:

With our new ticketing system, there are several ways you can now obtain support.

Complete Care clients:

  • With our Complete Care software loaded on your workstations and servers, you can quickly open a ticket and even tie that ticket to the workstation or server that is affected.

    • To open a ticket using the Complete Care software:

      • Right-click on the CSK icon that is located in the bottom, left-hand corner of your screen, beside the time.

      • Select “Contact Administrator”

      • Enter the details of your support request and your contact information. This will open a ticket and notify our support personnel.

Email Requests:

New Customer Support Portal:

  • With our new software comes a greatly improved self-service ticketing portal. The new system allows users to open, view, and update tickets. Additional options are available based on your position with your company. To access our new Customer Support Portal, visit www.csk-tech.com and select “Customer Support Portal” on the left. A new window will open and provide a login box. We have created accounts in the new system for everyone that had an account in the old system. Your starting username and password will be your email address and your first name in all lower-case. Once logged in you will be presented with menus to perform all the necessary functions. Telephone Support:

  • Please call our office at 865-862-6053 during our normal business hours to have us open your support ticket for you. If your needs fall outside our office hours, please call our after hours support number at 865-384-3600 for assistance.

In the process of moving to our new support system, all open tickets were closed in the old system and moved to the new system. We apologize for the number of notifications you may have received over the last few days, but this was necessary for us to go live with this new software.

Again, we are very excited by the possibilities that this new support system is going to provide us and hope we can continue improving our support process and the level of service we provide to you and your company. Please watch for additional updates concerning changes to Invoice formatting and other details as we complete the implementation of our new support platform.
