How to Obtain SupportIn order to better support your organization, CSK Technologies has implemented ConnectWise PSA. This system is a complete professional services automation system, allowing improved tracking of your IT support issues and aiding us in documenting your environment and the issues encountered. What does this mean to you? Well, first off, this new system will change how and where you can request support. Our old ticketing system is still available to you on our website, but the name of the link has been changed to reflect these changes. The old ticketing system can be accessed once you have logged in to our site and can be found by using the left navigation menu and selecting “Support Ticket Archive”. However, the old ticketing system should ONLY be used for reference purposes; we will not be working tickets from here any longer. How to obtain support: With our new ticketing system, there are several ways you can now obtain support. Complete Care clients:

In the process of moving to our new support system, all open tickets were closed in the old system and moved to the new system. We apologize for the number of notifications you may have received over the last few days, but this was necessary for us to go live with this new software. Again, we are very excited by the possibilities that this new support system is going to provide us and hope we can continue improving our support process and the level of service we provide to you and your company.
