The $850 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 allocates $51 billion to the health care industry and $19 billion earmarked to incentivize medical practices for the adoption and implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHRs,)also know as Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).

ARRA defines Electronic Health Records (EHR) as an electronic record of an individual's health-related information whichincludes patient demographic and clinical health information (i.e. medical history and problem lists) and, has the capacity to:

provide clinical decision support
support physician order entry
capture and query information relevant to healthcare quality
exchange electronic health information with, and integrate such information from other sources.

CSK Technologies is proud to announce a partnership with leading Windows based IP-PBX vendor 3CX. This partnership moves CSK one step closer to our goal of being able to provide a complete communications solution to our clients.

About 3CX:
3CX Phone System is a software-based IP PBX for Windows which replaces traditional PBX hardware phones. It is based on the SIP standard and supports standard SIP software / hardware phones. It allows calls to be made via a VOIP service provider or via the regular PSTN. Easy to install and configure, it includes a web-based configuration interface, voice mail, auto attendant, call hunting and other features. Both commercial and a free edition are available.
