CSK Acquires Integrated Solutions

CSK Technologies Announces an Agreement To Acquire Integrated Solutions, an Allscripts-Misys Value Added Reseller

CSK Technologies announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Integrated Solutions, a Knoxville, TN based company that offers Allscripts PM/EMR Software Solutions to medical practices. The acquisition will allow CSK to offer EMR and Practice Management Solutions to its current clients in a Hosted Environment (ASP) or as a Client Server application.

As a result of the acquisition, Integrated Solutions former President, Maynard Alvarez, will now serve as Vice President of Sales/ Marketing and is an equity partner at CSK Technologies.

Chris Kennedy, CEO, stated, “We have worked with Maynard for years and the integration between the two companies offers exciting possibilities for our Clients.”

“It’s an exciting time in healthcare today,” comments Maynard Alvarez, President of Integrated Solutions. “ With the recent governmental push for Physicians to adopt and implement EMR systems in their practices, CSK Technologies will be well poised in offering these solutions in an ASP environment with no capital expenditures on hardware or software licenses. Offering the Allscripts-MyWay EMR and Allscripts Document Management (formerly Impact MD) solutions in our data center, coupled with our Complete Care Managed Services, we are going to be able to deliver an Award Winning product, at an affordable monthly rate.”

CSK will relocate its current offices to a new facility by March 15, to accommodate their growing staff and product and service offerings
